用酸酸甜甜的橘子 补充维生素

橘子鸡蛋烤布丁

这个形状漂亮,味道温和的布丁,很容易掳获孩子的心。在布丁里放入酸酸甜甜的橘子烘烤,不小心挖到果肉,还会喷出新鲜的果汁。
橘子的维生素C能帮助吸收牛奶的钙质,再加上鸡蛋中所含的卵磷脂,也能让营养达到均衡。

材料:
橘子 ··························································1颗
鸡蛋 ··························································3个
红糖 ······················································ 4汤匙
牛奶 ················································ 250毫升
鲜奶油 ················································· 1/4杯
无盐奶油 ················································少许
发粉 ··························································少许

步骤:
1.橘子去皮,连同果肉上的白色纤维也要撕得干干净净。较大瓣的橘子再切一次。

2.用搅拌器搅拌鸡蛋与糖,直到糖溶化, 再倒入牛奶与鲜奶油,继续搅拌到食材混合为止。

3.在布丁容器里,均匀涂抹溶化的无盐奶油,稍微洒点发粉。接着放入适量的橘子片,把的液体倒到容器高度的一半。

4.把1杯水先倒入烤箱烤盘,再把3的布丁连同容器置于烤盘上。请放入以170℃预热的烤箱里,烤30分钟即可。
